Set in 1.400sqm with a 20m pool, 500sqm lounge pavilion and a separate TV room, this villa is as luxurious as it gets.

Balinese style with a contemporary refresh, this beautifully designed villa will make you the envy of Instagram, with its rustic-luxe design and open, airy spaces. With seven bedrooms set around the 20m pool and gardens plus spacious communal areas, including a dedicated TV room for movie nights, Tiga Puluh really has the wow factor – as well as plenty of space for up to 18 guests to kick back, relax and have fun together. Get together with your closest friends and family and have a holiday everyone will remember.

Your perfect base for exploring the best of buzzing Seminyak, this oasis of calm is the ideal villa for a large group to enjoy a fun and relaxing holiday. There’s plenty of private space for everyone, with the seven bedrooms each in a separate pavilion building, laid out along each side of the pool, all with direct pool and garden access. There’s six double bedrooms and one twin bedroom (we can convert this to a double on request) – take your pick! If you’re a family, note that one of the double bedrooms connects to the twin bedroom to form a family suite.  You might need to toss for who gets the master suite though: this is very spacious and boasts a super king bed, office space, and a bath tub as well as two rain showers.

When you all want to get together, we’ve also got you covered. The pool and garden area is huge – this villa is on a 1.400sqm plot, and features a traditional Javanese gladak structure with daybeds set up for you to enjoy a massage. When it comes to meals, if you want to stay in there’s a fully equipped kitchen – but we’ve also provided you with a chef. Enjoy your meal at the dining table with its view over the garden, or kick back with some music in the adjacent living room. Afterwards, maybe some of you would like to set up for the evening in our private air conditioned TV room where you can watch movies (we’ve got Netflix and we’ve got DVDs) on the large flatscreen smart TV – or if you fancy a more analogue evening, we’ve also got a great choice of board games and books.

There’s no way you’re staying in every night though, with the nightlife of Seminyak right on your doorstep! Treat yourself to a high end meal at Chandi or eat like the locals at one of the traditional warungs, or just dance the night away at a beach club (we love Kudeta) or nightclub (try La Favela). Whatever you want, we’ve got it.

The neighbourhood:

Kick the day off with some great fresh brewed coffee at hidden gem Revolver Espresso, and then take your choice of breakfasts: Revolver does a fantastic eggs benedict, or if vegan is more your style, head over to Kynd for an insta-friendly plant based option. Both are just minutes from your villa in the buzzing heart of Seminyak, Eat Street.

In the mood for some shopping? You’ll likely be spending some time on the beach later so maybe pick up some cool beach wear from Sunday’s Resortwear, one of our favourites for brightly coloured style at wallet friendly prices, or Uma and Leopold. The market in Seminyak Square is always a good option too if you’re looking for a bargain.

You could be forgiven for thinking Seminyak is all about eating, drinking, shopping and beaches but you’d be wrong – indulge your cultural side with a trip to Nyaman art gallery which showcases contemporary local artists, or pay a visit to cultural and historical treasure, Pura Petitenget Temple, hidden away behind all the designer boutiques.

Hungry for lunch? Maybe try some local cuisine: we love Warung Nia for their amazing pork ribs and satay. Or head to Sisterfields, the coolest spot in town – but be prepared to queue! Try their avocado toast or one of their delicious pastries.

A day out in Seminyak is not complete until you’ve been to Double Six Beach, with its beautiful white sands backed by a great selection of bars and restaurants. Daytimes here are typically relaxing and peaceful. Rent a sun lounger, get a massage, or maybe even try your hand at surfing or horse riding along the beach. This is also the place to be at sunset: head to La Plancha beach bar, find yourself a beanbag, grab a cocktail and soak it all in. If you want to party, try beach club Ku De Ta with its ocean side glamour and world class DJs, or La Favela, whose weekend parties are the best in town. Motel Mexicola, a lively restaurant-slash-night club is also worth a shot with its retro 60s styling and bright colours.

If you’d rather treat yourself to a high end dinner than a night dancing, give Chandi’s 10 course tasting menu a go, or make a reservation at Mejekawi, located at Ku de Ta, for an elevated take on classic local dishes.

Getting around:

We can provide a 14seater Hiace mini bus with driver for $85 USD = 1.200.000 IDR for 8 hours or $55 US = 800.000 IDR for 5 hours. Alternatively, the staff can help rent a motorbike. Prices range from $5.5 USD = 80.000 IDR for a standard Vario to $18 US = 250.000 IDR for the more premium Nmax.

The villa was just like the pictures, clean and the price was fair for this type of luxury. There were a lot of mosquitoes around though which made lying by the pool less fun. The staff at the villa were polite and breakfast was good.

Awesome location, really close to all the bars and the beach. We were a group of 10, and there was loads of room for everyone, the old fellas stayed hanging out at the villa while the rest of us rented some motorbikes and explored a bit. BCV were a great help with all the activities we wanted to do, thanks guys!

Wow, this villa was huge and so nice! We were a little worried about if it would be clean enough but actually it was perfect and we felt so relaxed. The TV room is really cool. Thanks BCV we really enjoyed.

  • Seminyak

    thumb

Seminyak is the queen of our hearts. A chic tropical version of Paris.

You have not been to Seminyak if you have not strolled around its boutiques, gone to Petitenget for a coffee, had a real Balinese dinner at Made’s Warung, watched the sunset from Potato Head and ended up at a night club for one too many drinks.

  • Canggu

    thumb

Canggu takes a more laid back approach to life. Hipster is the word here.

Take your morning latte with coconut milk at one of the many organic cafes and go for a late lunch at Betelnut (one of the first restaurants to open here). If you don’t have a sunset photo by Batu Bolong beach and did not end up for a late beer at Old Man’s, you have not really been to Canggu.
