The poolside deck comes with sun loungers, towels, umbrellas and a shaded bale gazebo. Daily breakfast is included as standard, with options to upgrade to a floating breakfast service in the pool. Professional in-villa chefs and traditional afternoon tea services are also available upon request.

Wellness facilities are located on the top floor, featuring a private rooftop massage pavilion designed for Balinese treatments. The treatment room centres around a custom two-metre wooden massage table finished in genuine leather. Located right next to the sunset terrace, this layout allows guests to transition from a massage treatment to lazing on the outdoor viewing deck overlooking the rice field.

*If your flight arrives early, you can check in earlier, at 12 noon. Just leave your luggage at reception and enjoy the communal areas of your villa, while we prepare the rooms.
Payment policy: 50% deposit to be paid within 48 hours after booking confirmation, remaining 50% balance payment to be completed 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival may incur a 10% cancellation fee. For cancellations made 15-30 days before arrival, 25% of the deposit will be retained. For cancellations made 8-14 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit will be retained. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable, and the full payment will be retained.
*Note: Regardless of the cancellation policy of the villa, in the case of a health issue / physical disaster / flight cancellation, we will discuss options with you and find the best solution, either by issuing a ticket for an alternative date or by giving you a full 100% refund.
