Step up in luxury and size with spa, home cinema, gym, yoga space, wine cellar and 10bedrooms to fit everyone!

If you want a luxury break with all your friends and family, this is the villa for you! Sleeping 20 or more people in 10 bedrooms, Anam villa goes above and beyond with two pools, a gym, a cinema room, a wine cellar, a yoga space and options for enjoying spa treatments in the comfort of your new home. If that’s not enough to keep you in a life of luxury at the villa, you are just two minutes away from Seminyak beach and from the restaurants and night life of Eat Street.

This is the perfect place to get a big group together in style, and you don’t need to lift a finger unless you want to. After you’ve enjoyed the breakfast that’s prepared for you, spend the day lying around one of the two ultra large pools – or under the gazebo if you want some shade – and take a break every now and again for a massage or a mani pedi, maybe a glass of wine from the underground wine cellar, or a barbecue prepared for you by our chef, before winding down with some sunset yoga on the rooftop lounge area with its stereo and speaker installation – 8-10 people can fit here, and enjoy the views of the sunset afterwards. Feeling more energetic? Try out our fully equipped gym that overlooks the pool area, or head out to Seminyak for a day at the beach or the shops.

In the evening, our home cinema room is perfect for you all to curl up and watch movies or Netflix, or try a game of pool or cards in one of the living room pavilions. You have an in-house chef (extra cost for lunch or dinner) who can whip you up a delicious meal if you’re feeling lazy and you can enjoy eating it together in our 24seater wooden dining area.  Or maybe you’d prefer to take a short stroll to Eat Street with its many and varied bars and restaurants.

This spacious villa, set in grounds of 1.400 sqm, is ideal for a big group that would like a mix of fun together time, and some private space away from the crowd. There’s plenty of room for everyone to hang out together around the pool or dining table, and also plenty of room for you to find your own quiet corner just for you or your gang – don’t forget that all the bedrooms come with smart TV and Netflix.

The neighbourhood:

Kick the day off with some great fresh brewed coffee at hidden gem Revolver Espresso, and then take your choice of breakfasts: Revolver does a fantastic eggs benedict, or if vegan is more your style, head over to Kynd for an insta-friendly plant based option. Both are just minutes from your villa in the buzzing heart of Seminyak, Eat Street.

In the mood for some shopping? You’ll likely be spending some time on the beach later so maybe pick up some cool beach wear from Sunday’s Resortwear, one of our favourites for brightly coloured style at wallet friendly prices, or Uma and Leopold. The market in Seminyak Square is always a good option too if you’re looking for a bargain.

You could be forgiven for thinking Seminyak is all about eating, drinking, shopping and beaches but you’d be wrong – indulge your cultural side with a trip to Nyaman art gallery which showcases contemporary local artists, or pay a visit to cultural and historical treasure, Pura Petitenget Temple, hidden away behind all the designer boutiques.

Hungry for lunch? Maybe try some local cuisine: we love Warung Nia for their amazing pork ribs and satay. Or head to Sisterfields, the coolest spot in town – but be prepared to queue! Try their avocado toast or one of their delicious pastries.

A day out in Seminyak is not complete until you’ve been to Double Six Beach, with its beautiful white sands backed by a great selection of bars and restaurants. Daytimes here are typically relaxing and peaceful. Rent a sun lounger, get a massage, or maybe even try your hand at surfing or horse riding along the beach. This is also the place to be at sunset: head to La Plancha beach bar, find yourself a beanbag, grab a cocktail and soak it all in. If you want to party, try beach club Ku De Ta with its ocean side glamour and world class DJs, or La Favela, whose weekend parties are the best in town. Motel Mexicola, a lively restaurant-slash-night club is also worth a shot with its retro 60s styling and bright colours.

If you’d rather treat yourself to a high end dinner than a night dancing, give Chandi’s 10 course tasting menu a go, or make a reservation at Mejekawi, located at Ku de Ta, for an elevated take on classic local dishes.

Getting around:

We can provide a 14seater Hiace mini bus with driver for $85 USD = 1.200.000 IDR for 8 hours or $55 US = 800.000 IDR for 5 hours. Alternatively, the staff can help rent a motorbike. Prices range from $5.5 USD = 80.000 IDR for a standard Vario to $18 US = 250.000 IDR for the more premium Nmax.

LOVED this villa!! It’s massive, bigger than we expected and honestly has pretty much everything we wanted. Wish we could have stayed longer! Definitely worth paying extra for a massage, and also really recommend La Favela for a big night out.

Addison, Australia The pools are what make this place unique, they are actually really private and big enough to swim properly. And the gym is awesome. Spacious rooms, comfortable pillows for once, and a great big breakfast. I’m happy.

  • Seminyak

    thumb

Seminyak is the queen of our hearts. A chic tropical version of Paris.

You have not been to Seminyak if you have not strolled around its boutiques, gone to Petitenget for a coffee, had a real Balinese dinner at Made’s Warung, watched the sunset from Potato Head and ended up at a night club for one too many drinks.

  • Canggu

    thumb

Canggu takes a more laid back approach to life. Hipster is the word here.

Take your morning latte with coconut milk at one of the many organic cafes and go for a late lunch at Betelnut (one of the first restaurants to open here). If you don’t have a sunset photo by Batu Bolong beach and did not end up for a late beer at Old Man’s, you have not really been to Canggu.
