Located on the cliff edge at Tanah Lot, Villa Amani is an oceanfront estate offering an uninterrupted 270-degree panorama of the Indian Ocean and Bali’s legendary sunsets. This double-storey property features a unique dual-pool design. There’s a 12-metre infinity sky pool within an open-air upper entertainment pavilion, and a second 15-metre swimming whirlpool with a traditional bale in the lower tropical gardens.

Enter the three-metre high hand-carved doors to find fully air-conditioned indoor living and dining zones, a stylish bar area, and a chef’s kitchen. Configured flexibly as a 3, 4, or 5-bedroom villa that comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, the villa features three upper-level sanctuaries – including a palatial master suite with a private lounge and outdoor shower – and two ground-floor suites offering direct access to the lawns, lily ponds, and garden pool.

The Dual-Pool Design: Sky Pool vs Garden Sanctuary

Villa Amani’s layout is built around two-tier double pool concept. In the upper tier, a 12-metre infinity sky pool sits beside the upper entertainment deck. Alongside, the Alang-Alang thatched pavilion and a draped bale bengong (relaxation daybed) float right above the surf. In the lower tier, a 15-metre garden swimming pool flows directly into an outdoor whirlpool, wrapped around by manicured lawns.

Indoor Chill Meets Sunset Vibe

Step through towering, three-metre hand-carved Balinese doors into a fully air-conditioned foyer. This flows straight into an indoor living and dining arena. Here you’ll find a Smart TV with cable channels for movie nights. This space connects right into a sleek bar setup and a chef’s kitchen. Outside, the giant Alang-Alang thatched pavilion is the ultimate open-air lounge for sunset cocktails and alfresco dining.

The Zen Zone: Tropical Gardens & Balinese Bale

The villa’s grounds are pure peace, packed with greenery, quiet water features, and lily ponds. Hidden away in the gardens is a traditional thatched Balinese bale. This is your go-to shaded spot for morning yoga, meditation, or just chilling out by the pool. It is the perfect, distraction-free green space to roll out your mat, reset, and listen to the ocean waves crashing against the cliffs.

The Room Reveal

Villa Amani splits its five air-conditioned, en-suite bedrooms across two floors to give your group maximum privacy.

Upstairs, the master suite features timber floors and a carved stone feature wall. There’s a king bed, a private lounge, a terrace, and an en-suite with a stone tub, dual vanities, and an outdoor shower. Right next door, the Palm Suite pairs a king bed and carved timber ceilings with an en-suite featuring an outdoor stone tub and indoor shower. The final upstairs room is the Ocean Suite. It’s fitted out with warm wood accents and comfortable twin beds.

Downstairs, the garden suite features a double bed and a marble bathroom, with French doors opening straight onto the lawns and lily ponds. Steps away, the pool suite gives you direct, step-out access to the main 15-metre swimming pool. Additionally, it has a king bed, a dressing area, and an elegant en-suite.
