Four private 3-bedroom villas for 20 guests, each with its own plunge pool, plus a day club, restaurant and gym – the perfect setting for a group retreat in Ubud

Your Own Private Retreat Village in Ubud

Imagine bringing 20 people together for a retreat. Your destination is four private villas all next to each other. Everyone has room to recharge, while shared spaces make it easy to reconnect. Each stylish 3-bedroom villa comes with its own plunge pool, comfortable living areas and modern amenities. Plus right on your doorstep, Hutan Day Club brings everyone together with a restaurant, swimming pool and relaxed social spaces, plus a modern gym and spa to add to the experience. For retreat organisers looking for Bali accommodation, this setup makes planning easy. Four private villas, shared facilities and everything you need for a wellness escape or a creative retreat.

Four Villas, One Retreat, Your Own Pace

A successful retreat needs the right balance of togetherness and personal space. Here, you get both.

Four neighbouring villas create a private, village-style setting where guests can move easily between group activities and their own downtime. Each villa features a private plunge pool, an outdoor seating area and an enclosed living room with Smart TV.

There’s also a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining area for six in each villa. It’s ideal for smaller group conversations, shared breakfasts or a quiet evening in.

Rather than everyone sharing one large house, guests can enjoy their own villa environment while remaining close to the rest of the group. It’s a different approach to Bali accommodation. And it’s particularly well suited to retreats where personal space matters just as much as connection.

Hutan Day Club – Where Your Group Comes Together

Think of Hutan Day Club as your retreat’s social heart.

Located within the complex, this contemporary open-air venue combines a restaurant, swimming pool and inviting lounge areas. It’s an easy place for the group to gather over breakfast, share a leisurely lunch or unwind with drinks after a full day.

The restaurant seats up to 40 guests, making it ideal for group breakfasts, shared meals and relaxed gatherings throughout your retreat.

Between planned activities, participants can spend time by the pool, enjoy a coffee or catch up with others in a relaxed setting.

Space to Recharge, From Morning to Night

Not every moment of a retreat needs to be scheduled.

Some guests may start the day with a workout in the modern gym, equipped with treadmills, an exercise bike, free weights and a bench, with beautiful views of the surrounding gardens.

Others may prefer a slower morning or a visit to Alaya Resort, accessible through the twice-daily transport service, where spa treatments can be arranged.

Back at the villas, private plunge pools and peaceful seating areas offer space to read, reflect or simply take a break.

Whether it’s a wellness escape or a creative retreat, this Bali accommodation gives your group the freedom to come together, recharge and enjoy Ubud at your own pace.

Twelve Bedrooms, Four Private Sanctuaries

When it’s time to switch off, everyone has somewhere comfortable to retreat to.

Each villa offers three bedrooms across two floors. Downstairs is a queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and closet. Upstairs, a king bedroom features a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom, alongside a third bedroom with a single-bed configuration, closet and ensuite bathroom.

Every bedroom includes air conditioning, bathrobes and a safety deposit box.

Each villa also features an upstairs terrace, offering an additional outdoor space to relax and unwind.

With 12 bedrooms across four villas and a stated capacity of up to 20 guests, the complex offers the privacy and flexibility that larger retreat groups need.

Ubud – More Than Just a Retreat

Make the most of being in Ubud. Take your group to the Agung Rai Museum of Art (ARMA), try a traditional Balinese cooking class or get hands-on with a local art workshop.

Want to get outdoors? Explore nearby temples, walk through the rice fields or arrange a guided cycling tour through Ubud’s villages.

With so much to do nearby, this Bali accommodation gives your group the perfect balance: time together at the villas and plenty of opportunities to explore beyond them.
