THE family villa in the very heart of Seminyak with 12bedrooms that can fit up to 30 people thanks to its two family rooms with 2 bunk beds each!

Balinese bohemian with a French retro twist, Tangram & Abakoi 12bed villas are set in 1.400 sqm and can accommodate up to 30 lucky guests. We are talking two 16m pools, two living room pavilions with dining areas, living rooms and western style bars and a butler and staff ready to serve you 24/7. Gardens with Balinese flowers, sun loungers and two traditional Balinese gazebos – perfect for some much wanted massages – surround the two swimming pools.

Do not be fooled by the number of bedrooms! These two interconnected 6bed villas (12 bedrooms in total) are a perfect choice for an extended family. They have two family rooms that each feature two bunk beds and together (the two family rooms alone) can fit up to 10 people. In fact, the one family room is also interconnected with one twin room. In sum, if you are planning to bring along a lot of children, search no further. This is THE best family villa money can buy in the heart of Seminyak.

Kids aside, these villas do not lack in luxury. From high pitched living room pavilions to two 16m pools, the villas call for endless suntanning and cocktails until early in the morning. Services offered also include babysitting at extra cost and a free crib and high chair. In short, the villas have all you need so you do not have to lift a finger or worry about your little offspring. You just focus on having the best time of your life.

Now since you will be a big group, you might prefer to eat all together. No worries we get that and we’ve got you covered. We will add an extra table in the one dining room and offer seating space for up to 24 people so that there is enough room for everyone and you do not have to split between the two villas.

Once you’ve had enough of the villas (quite difficult to be honest), the surrounding area has plenty to offer. You can either opt for the sandy beach of Seminyak, where you can easily spend the whole day suntanning, with the kids playing and running around or just sipping a wine in one of the many beach bars which often have live music at night. Lunch/dinner options are also endless, from fancy restaurants at Potato Head and Ku De Ta beach bars to the more local warungs (buffet style eateries). Let’s also not forget the vibrant night life. Mexicola, La Favela, Mirror Lounge and many more are open until early in the morning.

Curfew:

As Seminyak is a residential area, music needs to be turned off by 10pm.

The neighbourhood:

Kick the day off with some great fresh brewed coffee at hidden gem Revolver Espresso, and then take your choice of breakfasts: Revolver does a fantastic eggs benedict, or if vegan is more your style, head over to Kynd for an insta-friendly plant based option. Both are just minutes from your villa in the buzzing heart of Seminyak, Eat Street.

In the mood for some shopping? You’ll likely be spending some time on the beach later so maybe pick up some cool beach wear from Sunday’s Resortwear, one of our favourites for brightly coloured style at wallet friendly prices, or Uma and Leopold. The market in Seminyak Square is always a good option too if you’re looking for a bargain.

You could be forgiven for thinking Seminyak is all about eating, drinking, shopping and beaches but you’d be wrong – indulge your cultural side with a trip to Nyaman art gallery which showcases contemporary local artists, or pay a visit to cultural and historical treasure, Pura Petitenget Temple, hidden away behind all the designer boutiques.

Hungry for lunch? Maybe try some local cuisine: we love Warung Nia for their amazing pork ribs and satay. Or head to Sisterfields, the coolest spot in town – but be prepared to queue! Try their avocado toast or one of their delicious pastries.

A day out in Seminyak is not complete until you’ve been to Double Six Beach, with its beautiful white sands backed by a great selection of bars and restaurants. Daytimes here are typically relaxing and peaceful. Rent a sun lounger, get a massage, or maybe even try your hand at surfing or horse riding along the beach. This is also the place to be at sunset: head to La Plancha beach bar, find yourself a beanbag, grab a cocktail and soak it all in. If you want to party, try beach club Ku De Ta with its ocean side glamour and world class DJs, or La Favela, whose weekend parties are the best in town. Motel Mexicola, a lively restaurant-slash-night club is also worth a shot with its retro 60s styling and bright colours.

If you’d rather treat yourself to a high end dinner than a night dancing, give Chandi’s 10 course tasting menu a go, or make a reservation at Mejekawi, located at Ku de Ta, for an elevated take on classic local dishes.

Getting around:

We can provide a 14seater Hiace mini bus with driver for $85 USD = 1.200.000 IDR for 8 hours or $55 US = 800.000 IDR for 5 hours. Alternatively, the staff can help rent a motorbike. Prices range from $5.5 USD = 80.000 IDR for a standard Vario to $18 US = 250.000 IDR for the more premium Nmax.

We got a significant discount as we booked last minute with very little planning, and it turned out to be a very lucky choice! Beautiful pools, big private rooms, lots of space to socialise and hang out too. And we loved Seminyak and ate so much every day. Highly recommended!

Merci BCV! We had such a fun time. This villa – more like villas – is very spacious and with so much to do, I think it’s very hard to find such a big space in such a buzzing location.

We asked a LOT of BCV and I have to say they did a great job at making it all happen! We were a large group (18) coming together for a big family birthday, and BCV helped us to arrange a party with music and food, picked us all up from the airport even though we were arriving on different flights, one of which was delayed. They also helped us arrange activities (which was a little challenging as we have some small children and some older people with mobility issues in our group) and generally were so helpful and kind, nothing was too much. Five stars, thank you so much for making this such a success.

  • Seminyak

    thumb

Seminyak is the queen of our hearts. A chic tropical version of Paris.

You have not been to Seminyak if you have not strolled around its boutiques, gone to Petitenget for a coffee, had a real Balinese dinner at Made’s Warung, watched the sunset from Potato Head and ended up at a night club for one too many drinks.

  • Canggu

    thumb

Canggu takes a more laid back approach to life. Hipster is the word here.

Take your morning latte with coconut milk at one of the many organic cafes and go for a late lunch at Betelnut (one of the first restaurants to open here). If you don’t have a sunset photo by Batu Bolong beach and did not end up for a late beer at Old Man’s, you have not really been to Canggu.
