Built in 2021 and modern to the core, this villa radiates a perfection that will please even the most demanding guests…

Location, location, location…It doesn’t get more central than Lotus 4bed villa located right in the centre of Berawa. You can literally walk for a brave brunch at Nude, go shopping at Bamboo Blonde and then go for a fancy dinner at Uni Restaurant or Miss Fish. And if this wasn’t enough, the villa has an ultra large 12m pool with sunken pool bar, proper dining and living room overlooking the pool, a fancy modern kitchen and of course a karaoke room to align with the Elite Villas theme.

A two storey villa concept designed spaciously for the ambitious holidaymaker that dreams of nothing but perfection. Walk through the cobblestone alleyway to reach an open space living room and an 8pax dining area next to an ultra modern kitchen. Put the sound system on and enjoy a well deserved dip in the pool. Ask Merry, the villa manager, or the staff, to bring some fresh juice and sip it in the sunken pool bar.

Service is also excellent here. Any wish is granted in minutes, from freshly cooked breakfast (included in the price) to yummy dinners (extra cost) to in-house massages (extra cost). For the families, we are also here to help. We can organise pool fences, baby sitters, baby cots, high chairs – you name what you need (all the above come at extra cost).

But before you leave the villa and head off to discover the nightlife of Berawa, do challenge yourselves to a karaoke competition. The karaoke room with its flat screen smart TV with Netflix and satellite channels, sound system and DVD can also be used as a 2nd indoor living /family room as it is airconditioned.

Bedrooms are also spacious and will guarantee a great night’s sleep. Three of the bedrooms have a king size (180*200cm) bed configuration (the master bedroom suite has a super king size bed 200*200cm), while the fourth one has two single beds. In terms of amenities, you are 100% set up as all rooms have flat screen smart TV with Netflix and satellite channels, AC, deposit box, dressing room, hair dryer, sofa, en-suite bathrooms with shower and hot water. Do choose the master bedroom if you can, it is larger in space with a private living room and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower.

The neighbourhood:

Berawa is your oyster but that is only if you can bring yourself to consider stepping out of your newly found paradise. Walk to Nude with its friendly smiles and half raw food that does great poke bowls, cocktails and smoothies. Sip your coffee at Cinta café and select a table at the back to enjoy the view over the ricefields. Just next door, Dua Tiga knows how to do brunch, lunch and dinner and has extensive meal options to please even the most demanding customers, from the pure vegans to the full on carnivores. Do try the protein smoothie bowls with a strong coffee for breakfast.

Step into Hungry Bird and you are in for a bargain, the best latte in Berawa with some oh-so-yummy pancakes that won’t hurt your pocket. For the French lovers, 7islands is your ‘croissanterie a la Balinese’, a gourmet bakery/coffee place that also has decent breakfast options. And of course we couldn’t forget the yummy Eggs Benedict, smoothie bowls and peanut butter biscuits that come with your coffee at Satu Satu.

Now when it comes to lunch and dinner, we will be sure not to leave with an empty stomach. The choice just within the boundaries of Berawa is endless, from pure vegan options such as Peloton Supershop – highly recommended even to non-vegan clients – to sushi places such as Sushimi, Tygr and the more pricey Indigo to yummy Italian pizzerias including La Baracca and Milk and Madu just to name a few! Milu by Nook is also a must for its chill environment, rice field view or simply irresistible food. Do try the spicy tuna poke bowl or ‘ Milu’s Salad’.

If you can summon the strength and it doesn’t break your heart to step out of Berawa, Batubolong (no worries you are still in Canggu) has some great food as well. Do try the real Javanese food at Casa Tua and you will be enchanted not only by its food but also by its setting which takes you to the heart of Java. Penny Lane says it all with its jaw dropping surroundings and delish tapas and cocktails.

Canggu and especially Berawa is popular with families and there is a good reason for this. Tamora Gallery, a shopping and foodie paradise for adults, has also an interesting proposition for children. The ultra-high wooden castle, mini skate ramp and multiple level grass area are a favourite for kids. For some serious fun do try the water slides at Finns Recreation Club, the trampoline area (we are talking thousands of trampolines aligned one after the other) and the bowling space. But get ready to pay a generous price. Just off Berawa but still in Canggu, Parklife is worth a visit. The kids will go crazy at this place as it has everything they could dream of, from an inflatable castle to a playground to movies even to costumes to dress up in. It also offers some decent food and some chilled beers so adults can enjoy it too.

Getting around:

We can provide a 14seater Hiace mini bus with driver for $85 USD = 1.200.000 IDR for 8 hours or $55 US = 800.000 IDR for 5 hours. Alternatively, the staff can help rent a motorbike. Prices range from $5.5 USD = 80.000 IDR for a standard Vario to $18 US = 250.000 IDR for the more premium Nmax.

Exceptional. Very good price for a very nice villa in a good location. The breakfast every morning was a highlight, I loved the Indonesian style option. Highly recommend trying out some activities like surfing and rafting, you can organise with Anna and Bali Comfy Trips/Surf Is Up Bali and the service/instruction is very good.

Would definitely return. Berawa is a cool place to hang with good restaurants/beach clubs and this place is a good base, and the karaoke and sound system are an excellent bonus. We had a minor issue with the showers but Merry the villa manager sorted that out really quickly. Ten out of ten.

This villa is a very good choice. It is very well maintained and new, cleaned every day and with fresh towels. The rooms are bright and airy. We also enjoyed very much this location, with plenty to do close by and yet in the villa it is still quiet.

Perfect villa in a great location, easy walking distance to Nude and other great places to eat. The staff were outstanding, went over and above to make us comfortable and knew the answers to all our annoying questions.

  • Seminyak

    thumb

Seminyak is the queen of our hearts. A chic tropical version of Paris.

You have not been to Seminyak if you have not strolled around its boutiques, gone to Petitenget for a coffee, had a real Balinese dinner at Made’s Warung, watched the sunset from Potato Head and ended up at a night club for one too many drinks.

  • Canggu

    thumb

Canggu takes a more laid back approach to life. Hipster is the word here.

Take your morning latte with coconut milk at one of the many organic cafes and go for a late lunch at Betelnut (one of the first restaurants to open here). If you don’t have a sunset photo by Batu Bolong beach and did not end up for a late beer at Old Man’s, you have not really been to Canggu.
