Thirteen Friends, Six Bedrooms and a Whole Estate to Yourselves

The Tulou Bali is actually a 10-bedroom villa, but your crew can book six bedrooms for up to 13 guests at a lower price. Four bungalow units remain locked, yet the entire 4,000 sqm estate stays exclusively yours. It is one of the large villas in Bali where a smaller guest list still gets the big-villa experience—without paying for bedrooms no one will use.

Claim the gardens for group catch-ups. Cook in the fully equipped kitchen or spread out across the living and dining areas. Work out in the gym or relax in the library. Head up to the rooftop restaurant for views over the Jimbaran hillside. Wi-Fi, Smart TVs in every bedroom and a lift between levels add extra convenience. It’s an event-friendly base made for easy group holidays.

Breakfast, Pool-Hopping and Rooftop Dinners

Kick off the morning with breakfast around the large dining table. Head to the gym for a workout or the library for some quiet time. The garden is perfect for that first coffee. It’s easy to see why large villas in Bali work so well for groups of friends.

By afternoon, the 18 × 8-metre main pool takes centre stage for swims, sunbathing and cold drinks. Want to switch things up? Pick from three additional pools—one measuring 6 × 3 metres and two measuring 6.6 × 4.8 metres—then regroup at the main pool.

At sunset, head to the rooftop restaurant for dinner overlooking the Jimbaran hillside. Keep the night going with drinks in the lounge or a film on the Smart TV.   • *If your flight arrives early, you can check in earlier, at 12 noon. Just leave your luggage at reception and enjoy the communal areas of your villa, while we prepare the rooms.

  • Payment policy: A 50% deposit is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation. The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 20 days before arrival.

  • Cancellation policy: Cancellations made more than 61 days before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations made between 60 and 15 days before arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made 14 days or less before check-in are non-refundable, and the full payment will be retained.

  • *Note: Regardless of the cancellation policy of the villa, in the case of a health issue / physical disaster / flight cancellation, we will discuss options with you and find the best solution, either by issuing a ticket for an alternative date or by giving you a full 100% refund.

Beach, brunch or big night out? From The Tulou Bali, your group of 12 can reach Jimbaran, Nusa Dua and Uluwatu by car. Hit Tanjung Benoa for water sports, swim at Melasti, visit GWK or finish with seafood on Jimbaran Beach—another perk of booking large villas in Bali.

Pandawa Beach – around 15–20 minutes: A long beach with swimming areas, water activities and room for a large group to choose a base together.

Gunung Payung Beach – around 20 minutes: A quieter coastal stop backed by limestone cliffs, suited to a beach walk, picnic or group photos.

Melasti Beach – around 20–25 minutes: Known for its limestone road, clear water and several beachfront venues. Arrive earlier if the group wants loungers or a reserved dining area.

Geger Beach – around 20–25 minutes: A Nusa Dua beach with generally calmer conditions, beachside restaurants and water sports nearby.

Jimbaran Beach – around 25–30 minutes: Pair an afternoon by the bay with a group seafood dinner on the sand. Reserve tables ahead for 20 guests.

Tanjung Benoa water sports – around 25–30 minutes: Split into smaller teams for jet skiing, parasailing, banana boats and other water activities. Group packages and return transport should be arranged in advance.

Uluwatu Temple and Kecak Dance – around 30–35 minutes: Walk along the clifftop temple grounds before watching the evening performance. Book ahead and organise coordinated transport for the group.

Timbis paragliding – around 15–20 minutes: Add tandem flights above the Kutuh coastline for adventurous guests. Flights depend on weather and wind conditions.

Roosterfish Sunday Brunch – around 15–20 minutes: Combine brunch, beach time, live music and children’s activities in one group outing. Its official Sunday programme also includes games and a foam party.

Getting around:
We can provide a Hiace mini bus with driver for USD 89 = IDR 1,500,000 for 8 hours. Alternatively, our villa team can assist with motorbike rentals. Prices range from approximately USD 5.5 = IDR 80,000 for a standard Vario to USD 18 = IDR 250,000 for a premium NMAX.

Private drivers, airport transfers, day trips, and additional transport arrangements can also be organised by the villa team upon request.
