And that is before we mention the sunken pool bar and the karaoke room with smart flat screen TV with Netflix, satellite channels and home cinema as well as the prime address of the villa just footsteps away from Berawa’s best restaurants and cafés, with Finns Beach Club to top it off.

Laid back, modern and beyond fabulous, villa Cassia will sweep you away with its open style dining and pavillion style living room overlooking the huge 12m*4m private pool and sunken pool bar. The villa boasts an ultra-modern kitchen only for guest use (there is a second kitchen for staff use) and big smiles from the staff.

If this is not enough, the owners – who originally kept this jewel to themselves – designed an entertainment room with sound proofing, private bar, smart flat screen TV with Netflix and satellite channels, home cinema, sound system, DJ equipment & disco lights and the opportunity of hosting an unforgettable party. And to top things off, they added an indoor karaoke room that can be used as a second living or family room with flat screen smart TV with Netflix, satellite channels and home cinema.

To be fair, we need to mention the 7 large comfy bedrooms tempting you to a well-deserved night’s sleep. After all, suntanning and partying can be tiring. The master and junior suites look promising with their private living room and separate dressing space and of course their oh-so-nice stone bathtubs. But don’t be mistaken, all of the other rooms do not lack in luxury and comfort with AC, deposit box, dressing room and en-suite bathrooms with shower. In total there are 5 king size suites (the master and junior suites have a super king size (200cm*200cm) bed configuration) for the couples and 2 twin bedrooms for your friends and children. And if you need more beds, no worries at all, an extra 1 to 2 single beds can easily be added.

Villa capacity:

The villa can fit up to 16 people. For more than 14 people, we will add an extra bed per person per room.

Entertainment room downstairs:

The entertainment room downstairs has sound proofing, private bar, smart flat screen TV with Netflix and satellite channels, a home cinema and sound system.

Extra cost for usage of the entertainment room is 1.5mn IDR for 4 hours and 2mn IDR for 8 hours.
Max capacity is 20 people.

5/6 Bedroom options:

If you only need 5 or 6 bedrooms, this is possible at a cheaper price. We will just lock 1 or 2 bedrooms, and the villa will remain private.

Event info:

We can help you arrange your special event including music, decorations and F&B of course.

Additional charges for an event include: a $750 USD event fee, a $350 USD banjar (local police) fee to get permission and a security deposit of $1.000 USD fully refundable if there are no damages.

If you are planning to hold an event with loud music, banjar fee (local police) needs to be paid in order to get permission. This is valid irrelevant of time.

Curfew:

As Canggu is a residential area, music needs to be turned off by 11pm.
