And that is before we mention the sunken pool bar. Or the karaoke room with smart flat screen TV with Netflix, satellite channels and home cinema. And of course there’s the prime address of the villa just footsteps away from Berawa’s best restaurants and cafés, with Finns Beach Club to top it off.

Laid back, modern and beyond fabulous, Cassia 7 bedroom villa will sweep you away.  Its open style dining and pavillion style living room overlooking the huge 12m*4m private pool and sunken pool bar are key draws. The villa boasts an ultra-modern kitchen only for guest use (there is a second kitchen for staff use) and big smiles from the staff.

The star of the show – the entertainment room!

If this is not enough, the owners – who originally kept this jewel to themselves – designed an entertainment room. It has sound proofing, private bar, smart flat screen TV with Netflix and satellite channels, home cinema, sound system, DJ equipment & disco lights and the opportunity of hosting an unforgettable party. And to top things off, they added an indoor karaoke room too. This can be used as a second living or family room with flat screen smart TV with Netflix, satellite channels and home cinema.

A well earned night’s sleep

To be fair, we need to mention the 7 large comfy bedrooms tempting you to a well-deserved night’s sleep. After all, suntanning and partying can be tiring. The master and junior suites look promising with their private living room and separate dressing space. Plus of course their oh-so-nice stone bathtubs. But don’t be mistaken, all of the other rooms do not lack in luxury and comfort. They all have AC, deposit box, dressing room and en-suite bathrooms with shower. In total there are 5 king size suites (the master and junior suites have a super king size (200cm*200cm) bed configuration) for the couples and 2 twin bedrooms for your friends and children. And if you need more beds, no worries at all, an extra 1 to 2 single beds can easily be added.

Discounts:

We offer: a) 10% last minute discount if you book 14 days or less prior to check in b) 10% long stay discount for a stay of 7 nights or more c) 15% early bird discount if you book 5 months or more in advance.

Discounts are not valid during peak season: 20 December – 10 January

Villa capacity:

The villa can fit up to 16 people. For more than 14 people, we will add an extra bed per person per room.

Entertainment room downstairs:

The downstairs entertainment room is fully soundproofed and features a private bar, Smart TVs with Netflix and satellite channels, a premium sound system, and a home cinema for the ultimate entertainment experience.

DJ services and equipment are available at an additional cost. DJ equipment can only be provided as part of a DJ booking. The rate for a 3-hour DJ package, including equipment, is IDR 6,500,000. Additional hours are charged at IDR 1,000,000 per hour.

Max capacity is 20 people.

5/6 Bedroom options:

If you only need 5 or 6 bedrooms, this is possible at a cheaper price. We will just lock 1 or 2 bedrooms, and the villa will remain private.

Event info:

We can help you arrange your special event including music, decorations and F&B of course.

Additional charges for an event include the following. An event fee of $250-$450 USD (depending on the size of the wedding), an $180 USD banjar (local police) fee to obtain permission, and a $1,000 USD security deposit, which is fully refundable provided there are no damages.

If you are planning to hold an event with loud music, banjar fee (local police) needs to be paid in order to get permission. This is valid irrelevant of time.

Curfew:

As Canggu is a residential area, music needs to be turned off by 11pm.

The neighbourhood:

Berawa is your oyster but that is only if you can bring yourself to consider stepping out of your newly found paradise. Walk to Nude with its friendly smiles and half raw food that does great poke bowls, cocktails and smoothies. Sip your coffee at Cinta café and select a table at the back to enjoy the view over the ricefields. Just next door, Dua Tiga knows how to do brunch, lunch and dinner and has extensive meal options to please even the most demanding customers, from the pure vegans to the full on carnivores. Do try the protein smoothie bowls with a strong coffee for breakfast.

Step into Hungry Bird and you are in for a bargain, the best latte in Berawa with some oh-so-yummy pancakes that won’t hurt your pocket. For the French lovers, 7islands is your “˜croissanterie a la Balinese’, a gourmet bakery/coffee place that also has decent breakfast options. And of course we couldn’t forget the yummy Eggs Benedict, smoothie bowls and peanut butter biscuits that come with your coffee at Satu Satu.

Now when it comes to lunch and dinner, we will be sure not to leave with an empty stomach. The choice just within the boundaries of Berawa is endless, from pure vegan options such as Peloton Supershop – highly recommended even to non-vegan clients – to sushi places such as Sushimi, Tygr and the more pricey Indigo to yummy Italian pizzerias including La Baracca and Milk and Madu just to name a few! Milu by Nook is also a must for its chill environment, rice field view or simply irresistible food. Do try the spicy tuna poke bowl or “˜ Milu’s Salad’.

If you can summon the strength and it doesn’t break your heart to step out of Berawa, Batubolong (no worries you are still in Canggu) has some great food as well. Do try the real Javanese food at Casa Tua and you will be enchanted not only by its food but also by its setting which takes you to the heart of Java. Penny Lane says it all with its jaw dropping surroundings and delish tapas and cocktails.

Canggu and especially Berawa is popular with families and there is a good reason for this. Tamora Gallery, a shopping and foodie paradise for adults, has also an interesting proposition for children. The ultra-high wooden castle, mini skate ramp and multiple level grass area are a favourite for kids. For some serious fun do try the water slides at Finns Recreation Club, the trampoline area (we are talking thousands of trampolines aligned one after the other) and the bowling space. But get ready to pay a generous price. Just off Berawa but still in Canggu, Parklife is worth a visit. The kids will go crazy at this place as it has everything they could dream of, from an inflatable castle to a playground to movies even to costumes to dress up in. It also offers some decent food and some chilled beers so adults can enjoy it too.

Getting around:

We can provide a 14seater Hiace mini bus with driver for $85 USD = 1.200.000 IDR for 8 hours or $55 US = 800.000 IDR for 5 hours. Alternatively, the staff can help rent a motorbike. Prices range from $5.5 USD = 80.000 IDR for a standard Vario to $18 US = 250.000 IDR for the more premium Nmax.

Villa, amenities, service, location TOP! We loved the stools in the pool and pool bar! Entertainment room was also amazing and worth the extra charge! We spend a lot time in the indoor living room as well. One night we ordered an in-house dinner and then ending making cocktails in the pool bar. The chef is amazing and super helpful. Can't wait to be back.

The best villa I have every stayed. Ideal villa for a big group that is looking for a central location and space. The villa has three different areas to gather and the pool also has a pool bar. Service is also very professional and the villa follows the COVID protocol, is super clean and staff wears masks at all times.

The service was outstanding. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The villa is huge perfect for a big group and really hard to find such a big villa in Canggu. We had one party at the entertainment room downstairs. We paid extra to use it but was totally worth it as we could put the music loud as much as we wanted and nobody would hear thanks to the sound proofing. Would definitely go back!

Amazing villa - big, with so many common areas. Great breakfast! Rooms are spacious and bathrooms clean and modern. Our favourite part though was the pool area and pool bar where we experimented with cocktails. Of course extra credit goes to the indoor Karaoke room where we spend many nights!
