  • YOUR SECOND HOME IN BALI

Villa complex351315
Check Availability

Space and luxury do go hand in hand and this villa combo is living proof of that!

Strictly for big groups of up to 30 people and Balinese to the core, these two 6bed and 7bed villas will have you at hello! Space will not be an issue with 2.100 of land, two 20m and 16m private pools and 13 bedrooms to choose from! Live it up with a 24/7 butler and staff on demand, daily massages and one too many mouth filling local dishes prepared by the chef of the villa (extra cost). Do not forget to explore the area, you are in the heart of Seminyak after all and mere footsteps away from the Double6 sandy beach!

For the ‘bon viveurs’ of the group, do choose the oh-so-luxury Tiga Puluh 7bed villa. They will love the 500 sqm living room pavilion and the air conditioned TV room. They will adore the 20m private pool and its 7 separate bungalows/bedrooms spreading along the pool. The master bedroom suite is to die for: larger in size with a walk in closet, extra office space and a luxury en-suite bathroom with a free standing marble bathtub, 2 sinks and 2 rain showers.

Abakoi 6bed villa next door (villas are literally next to each other) is best suited for an extended family. Its family room features two double and two single beds and can fit up to 10 offspring. To make things even more family friendly, there is a twin bedroom connected to the family room. Baby cot and high chair can be ordered free of charge, while babysitter services can be arranged at extra cost. The only thing you will have to worry about is where to do your next massage and by which pool to suntan!

Location wise you are in the very heart of Seminyak: walking distance or a short drive away from all the popular restos and bars, the beach and the trendy boutiques and local market. It will feel like your private mini hotel with not only all home amenities but also all villa luxuries such as 24/7 butler service and chef upon request. Could you ask for more?

The neighbourhood:

Kick the day off with some great fresh brewed coffee at hidden gem Revolver Espresso, and then take your choice of breakfasts: Revolver does a fantastic eggs benedict, or if vegan is more your style, head over to Kynd for an insta-friendly plant based option. Both are just minutes from your villa in the buzzing heart of Seminyak, Eat Street.

In the mood for some shopping? You’ll likely be spending some time on the beach later so maybe pick up some cool beach wear from Sunday’s Resortwear, one of our favourites for brightly coloured style at wallet friendly prices, or Uma and Leopold. The market in Seminyak Square is always a good option too if you’re looking for a bargain.

You could be forgiven for thinking Seminyak is all about eating, drinking, shopping and beaches but you’d be wrong – indulge your cultural side with a trip to Nyaman art gallery which showcases contemporary local artists, or pay a visit to cultural and historical treasure, Pura Petitenget Temple, hidden away behind all the designer boutiques.

Hungry for lunch? Maybe try some local cuisine: we love Warung Nia for their amazing pork ribs and satay. Or head to Sisterfields, the coolest spot in town – but be prepared to queue! Try their avocado toast or one of their delicious pastries.

A day out in Seminyak is not complete until you’ve been to Double Six Beach, with its beautiful white sands backed by a great selection of bars and restaurants. Daytimes here are typically relaxing and peaceful. Rent a sun lounger, get a massage, or maybe even try your hand at surfing or horse riding along the beach. This is also the place to be at sunset: head to La Plancha beach bar, find yourself a beanbag, grab a cocktail and soak it all in. If you want to party, try beach club Ku De Ta with its ocean side glamour and world class DJs, or La Favela, whose weekend parties are the best in town. Motel Mexicola, a lively restaurant-slash-night club is also worth a shot with its retro 60s styling and bright colours.

If you’d rather treat yourself to a high end dinner than a night dancing, give Chandi’s 10 course tasting menu a go, or make a reservation at Mejekawi, located at Ku de Ta, for an elevated take on classic local dishes.

Getting around:

We can provide a 14seater Hiace mini bus with driver for $85 USD = 1.200.000 IDR for 8 hours or $55 US = 800.000 IDR for 5 hours. Alternatively, the staff can help rent a motorbike. Prices range from $5.5 USD = 80.000 IDR for a standard Vario to $18 US = 250.000 IDR for the more premium Nmax.

Cool place to stay, great for a big group of friends. Some really nice touches like interesting art work. Plenty of room for everyone to chill together in the villa. Bars and restaurants genuinely are just a short walk away, but also it’s a decent base for exploring the rest of Bali. I’d come back if I could afford it!

Svetlana, Russia This is nice villa in good spot for the best beach clubs and good restaurants. You can get a massage to your sunbed for not too much money. The pools are big and clean.

This is a very nice villa, very clean and actually I think better than the photos, as it’s so big and this is hard to show by photos. We took a lot of trips to cultural locations with the help of the staff here and it was very interesting indeed, but in some places you get a lot of hassle from people who want you to buy things etc. So really it was very good to come back to such a relaxing place to stay at the end of a long day.

We booked this villa for a special occasion and were not disappointed! It was a real treat, very luxurious and we felt really pampered – we got the massages, the babysitter and some yummy dinners. There’s lots to do in the local area, we’re not drinkers so avoided the bars but had some great meals, great shopping and there’s a temple within walking distance. I didn’t want to go home!

  • Seminyak

    thumb

Seminyak is the queen of our hearts. A chic tropical version of Paris.

You have not been to Seminyak if you have not strolled around its boutiques, gone to Petitenget for a coffee, had a real Balinese dinner at Made’s Warung, watched the sunset from Potato Head and ended up at a night club for one too many drinks.

  • Canggu

    thumb

Canggu takes a more laid back approach to life. Hipster is the word here.

Take your morning latte with coconut milk at one of the many organic cafes and go for a late lunch at Betelnut (one of the first restaurants to open here). If you don’t have a sunset photo by Batu Bolong beach and did not end up for a late beer at Old Man’s, you have not really been to Canggu.
