With room for up to 16 guests, there’s plenty of room to gather by the pool or around the dining table. And there’s just as many quiet corners to retreat to when you need a break. Every bedroom comes with a smart TV and Netflix, so switching off is always an option.

Anam 8 bedroom villa makes hosting a big group feel effortless. The villa features eight bedrooms along with standout amenities including two swimming pools, a gym, home cinema, wine cellar, yoga area, and the option to enjoy spa treatments right at the villa.  Start the day with a freshly prepared breakfast, then let the hours unfold at your own pace – stretch out by one of the two oversized pools, relax in the shade of the gazebo, or slip away for a massage or mani-pedi when the mood strikes. Lunch can be as easy as a chef-prepared barbecue, paired with a bottle from the underground wine cellar and enjoyed without ever leaving the villa.

As the afternoon fades, head up to the rooftop lounge for sunset yoga or simply soak in the view with music playing through the built-in sound system – there’s space for 8 to 10 people to unwind together. If you’re feeling more active, the fully equipped gym overlooking the pool is ready when you are. And when you feel like venturing out, Seminyak’s beach, shops, and buzz are just around the corner, making it easy to mix villa time with a bit of exploring.

You can settle into the home cinema for a movie or Netflix night, or gather with the group in one of the open living pavilions. And if you feel like heading out, Eat Street – with its mix of bars and restaurants – is just a short walk away.

We offer: a) 20% last minute discount if you book 30 days or less prior to check in b) 10% long stay discount for a stay of 7 nights or more c) 10% early bird discount if you book 4 months or more in advance.

Villa capacity:

The villa can fit up to 16 people.

Dining:

The villa has two 10seater wooden dining tables in the two living room pavilions. If, however, you wish to eat together, we can combine the two dining tables and have a 20pax dining area. Maximum capacity including extra seating is 24 pax.

Event info:

We can help you arrange your special event including music, decorations and F&B of course. The villa can also host weddings.

Additional charges for an event include: 1 night rate event fee, banjar (local police) fee $135 USD plus $1.500 USD security deposit fully refundable provided there are no damages.

Curfew:

As Seminyak is a residential area, music needs to be turned off by 10pm.
