The ideal villa for a honeymoon escape away from everything, where you’ll be woken only by the sound of birds.

Welcome to Water Lily villa! Imagine waking up in a tropical haven, away from everything and only minutes from the beach. Your private pool is at your disposal at any time to take a dip or just suntan all day. If you want to spoil your other half, you can always experiment with Indonesian spices in the fully equipped kitchen or just order a candle lit dinner for two under the stars.

Ride a horse by the beach or bike through the rice paddies. Take a surfing lesson or just stay in and enjoy the peace and quiet of your own private paradise. You can lie by the pool all day, use the complex’s spa or go for a pampering Balinese massage. For a change visit the second communal pool in the complex and order a coconut from the bar.

And if you are looking for some traditional delights, we’ve got you covered. Our Indo Western fusion restaurant is at your disposal. To spice things up, you can also take a dip in the second large communal pool of the complex and then order a pina colada from the bar and enjoy the sunset.

If you feel like exploring the area a bit more, order a taxi from reception or rent some motorbikes and find out what the buzz is about hipster Canggu! Or go for a shopping stroll to the indie boutiques of Seminyak. And of course don’t forget to visit the famous Echo Beach, just 5 minutes away by bike.

*If your flight arrives early, you can check in earlier, at 12 noon. Just leave your luggage at reception and enjoy the communal areas of your villa, while we prepare the rooms.
Payment policy: 50% deposit to secure booking, remaining 50% amount 40 days prior to check in
Cancellation policy: • Low season (6 January to 30 June and 1 September to 19 December): 1 night charge for 7 or more days prior to check in. 100% charge for less than 7 days prior to check in. • High season (July and August): 1 night charge for 14 or more days prior to check in. 100% charge for less than 14 days prior to check in. • Peak season (20 December to 5 January): 1 night charge for 21 or more days prior to check in. 100% charge for less than 21 days prior to check in.
*Note: Regardless of the cancellation policy of the villa, in the case of a health issue / physical disaster / flight cancellation, we will discuss options with you and find the best solution, either by issuing a ticket for an alternative date or by giving you a full 100% refund.

Neighbourhood & Getting around

The neighbourhood:

Though the complex seems secluded, you are only 5 minutes away by bike from the popular Echo Beach. Do try the fresh fish bbq at Echo Beach Club right by the beach. If you have a sweet tooth, you shouldn’t miss out on the cashew nuts and Durian ice cream made in Ubud at Gaya Gelato. La Brisa beach club near Echo Beach next door plays the best tunes while you drink your sunset coconut.

Just around the corner, Nalu Bowls is a must. Try our favourite J-Bay peanut butter, banana and granola bowl and then spice it up with a pampering massage at Therapy.

And if you are looking for some action, start with dinner at Betelnut (one of the first restaurants in Canggu) and combine it with one of the live music concerts at Deus every Sunday. Sandbar, which opens from midnight to early morning every Sunday, is your next stop, while Old Man’s remains an old time classic for Fridays.

And not to forget our vegetarian friends, do try Shady Shack and La Baracca next door which offers the best Italian pizza.

Getting around:

Best way to get around Canggu is by bike. Motorbike rental per day is approximately 60.000 IDR (€3.5 or $4.5 USD), and no licence is needed.

If you are a family or big group of friends, you might prefer to rent a car. Car rental per day is approximately 200.000 – 300.000 IDR (€12 -€18 or $15 – $22 USD). To rent a car you need to have an international valid licence.

Just let us know and we can arrange for both motorbike and/or car rental.

The villa is exactly what you imagine when you think of renting a villa in Bali. Simple, clean, lots of outdoor space & of course..... a swimming pool!

Loved every bit of this villa. Location is perfect for an escape but still close to La Brisa in Echo Beach. The villa itself is romantic and the complex has a restaurant and room service. Couldn’t ask for more.
