A fresh concept mixing industrial elements and tropical vegetation creates this brand new villa set in 800m2 of land. Sit back in the comfy loungers overlooking the pool, and take a sip of your morning coconut before you head off to the beach just walking distance away. Enjoy an authentic Indonesian dinner made by your private chef in the privacy of your own dining room before you head off to town for some night action!

Cleverly split, this space allows you to choose either the brand new twin room or one of the three double rooms, depending whether you are friends or a couple, all overlooking the pool. If you are a family, the twin room is just perfect for the children, while you can have the most relaxing sleep ever in your queen size bed.

Fill the outdoor bathtub with aromatic salts, close your eyes and listen to the sounds of your tropical garden. Take your favourite Chardonnay out the fridge and sit back on the comfy sofas by the pool.

For families, we can happily arrange for a nanny to entertain the kids by the pool, while you enjoy your morning suntanning session. If you are a group of friends, you can choose to spend all day by the pool or explore the chic Pettitenget area.

And at night the fully equipped brand new kitchen is at your disposal to get creative with Indonesian spicy flavours before you hit the town, famous for its world class night life!

  • *Note: Regardless of the cancellation policy of the villa, in the case of a health issue / physical disaster / flight cancellation, we will discuss options with you and find the best solution, either by issuing a ticket for an alternative date or by giving you a full 100% refund.

The neighbourhood:

With the best beach clubs in town – Ku De Ta, Potato Head and W Hotel – literally at your feet, picking one might seem a tricky matter. Whether you choose to gaze at the sea from one of the beach club pools metres away from the beach or be brave enough to take a dip in the ocean, the choice is yours.

The indie boutiques of Pettitenget selling everything from casual sarongs to night dresses, from fancy necklaces to board shorts and kids wear, will not disappoint you.

And when it comes to breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner, the choice of cafés and restaurants is endless. Boost your day with a Super Acai smoothie at Café Organic and for a true Indonesian experience order the young jack fruit curry at Bambu restaurant. Do try the ginger espresso martini with truffled dark chocolate cocktail at Sarong restaurant while you get ready for your night out.

If you are looking for some nightlife, La Favela and Motel Mexicola boast the best nights out in town, while Mirror Lounge & Club is less than 1.5 km away from the villa.

Getting around:

Best way to get around Seminyak is by bike. Motorbike rental per day is approximately 60.000 IDR (€3.5 or $4.5 USD), and no licence is needed.

If you are a family or big group of friends, you might prefer to rent a car. Car rental per day is approximately 200.000 – 300.000 IDR (€12 -€18 or $15 – $22 USD). To rent a car you need to have an international valid licence.

Just let us know and we can arrange for both motorbike and/or car rental.

We thoroughly enjoyed our three days in the villa. It is perfect for two families, with 2 twin rooms for the kids and 2 double rooms for the adults. We felt extremely well taken care of by the daily manager, who welcomed us to the villa. BCV was very prompt in replying to us for anything we might need. There was a small hiccup with an aircon working poorly which was immediately taken care of and we were even given dinner for free.

Beautiful, spacious villa in a good location close to beach and restaurants. There were 8 of us and there was enough space to fit us all. Would definitely stay here again.
