You will love this villa complex because of its central location in the heart of Berawa. You will adore it because of its four private 12m pools. You will fall head over heels once you discover its four TV rooms – three with karaoke equipment – two entertainment rooms (extra cost) with sound proofing– one with DJ equipment – its 6 free bikes and its great 5star service. You will swear not to ever leave this place thanks to its three sunken pool bars in three of the four private pools and its amazing balcony perfect for a sunset cocktail. And you will try to change your ticket and extend your stay once you also discover the mouth watering bbqs you can enjoy in the privacy of the four open space living areas, as well as the nightlife Berawa has to offer.

Space is definitely not an issue here as we are talking big! And by big we mean 22 bedrooms that can host up to 52 people. You will get two 7bed identical interconnected villas and next door (only separated by a wall) are two 4bed interconnected villas. You will also get your four open space dining areas each with dining, living and modern kitchen overlooking the four private pools. Each villa has a TV room with smart TV with Netflix and home cinema (multiply by four), while three also have karaoke equipment.

And there are the two entertainment rooms at extra cost with sound proofing, private bar, flat screen smart TVs with Netflix and satellite channels, sound system and home cinema (one of them with DJ equipment and disco lights on top). There are also some fancy details that cannot be left out such as the 6 free bikes, the treadmill and the amazing balcony with its huge chess set at  one of the two 4bed villas. For the coffee lovers, we serve Nespresso coffee for breakfast. There is a Nespresso machine that you can use any time (apart from breakfast, Nespresso pods come at extra cost).

There are 22 bedrooms in total: 16 king size bedroom suites and 6 twin bedrooms. Each 7bed villa has 5 king size bedroom suites and 2 twin bedrooms. There is a master and junior suite that are larger in size and have super king size beds (200*200cm). Each 4bed villa has one super king size (200*200cm) master bedroom suite and one king size (180*200cm) suite downstairs. Upstairs there is another king size (180*200cm) bedroom and a twin bedroom. All bedroom suites have AC, ceiling fan, deposit box, private lounge space, flat screen 50-inch TV with satellite channels (some also have Netflix), desk space (some of them) and en-suite luxury bathrooms. The master bedroom suites (1 per 4bed villa and 2 per 7bed villa) are larger in size. They also come with larger en-suite bathrooms that have both bathtub and shower. The en-suite bathroom of one master suite (one bedroom of the 4bed villas) even has AC on top of the bathtub for some well-deserved pampering baths.

Villas’ capacity:

The villas can fit up to 52 people. For more than 44 people, we will add an extra bed per person per room.

Tara & Cassia villas – Entertainment rooms downstairs:

Villas Tara and Cassia feature entertainment rooms downstairs with sound proofing, private bar, smart flat screen TVs with Netflix and satellite channels, a sound system and home cinema.

Both entertainment rooms come at an extra cost. The entertainment room at Villa Tara comes in at 1.5mn IDR for 4 hours and 2mn IDR for 8 hours. The one at Villa Cassia comes in at 6mn IDR for up to 8 hours. The reason that the second is more expensive than the first one is because it has DJ equipment, and a sound system that can support DJ equipment and disco lights.

Max capacity per entertainment room: 20 people

16 to 21 Bedroom options:

If you only need 16 to 21bedrooms, this is possible at a cheaper price. We will just lock 1 or 6 bedrooms, and the villa will remain private.

Event info:

We can help you arrange your special event including music, decorations and F&B of course.

Additional charges for an event include: a $1.500 USD event fee, a $350 USD banjar (local police) fee to get permission and a security deposit of $1.000 USD fully refundable if there are no damages.

If you are planning to hold an event with loud music, banjar fee (local police) needs to be paid in order to get permission. This is valid irrelevant of time.

Curfew:

As Canggu is a residential area, music needs to be turned off by 11pm.
