It’s the ultimate party house!

Perfect for a celebration, or just for having fun, this villa’s disco and karaoke facilities mean you have everything you need for nights – and days – you’ll never forget. Downstairs in villa Cassia is the beating heart of the party with private bar, live DJ, sound system and disco lights, but that’s not all: you also have a karaoke room, two pools, two sunken pool bars and two TV rooms with home cinema. An invitation to your event will be the hottest ticket of the year!

This villa complex combines the 7bed villa Cassia with the 5bed villa Lotus, giving you 12 bedrooms in total to host all your guests. This is a beautiful, modern, chilled space with each villa boasting open plan living and dining overlooking a large 12 m private pool. Both pools feature a sunken pool bar, with staff to serve you as you please. Two ultra modern kitchens for guest use (there are additional kitchens for staff use) round off the floorplan.

At villa Cassia, an entertainment room downstairs (extra cost) makes this a stand-out choice of accommodation. This is a sound proofed space with a full sound system, DJ equipment and disco lights, plus a private bar, a home cinema, and a smart flat screen TV with Netflix and satellite channels. Both villas have TV rooms with home cinema (the TV room at villa Cassia also has karaoke equipment). With staff on hand to serve drinks and prepare food, this makes for an unforgettable location for a special event.

That’s not all: this villa complex is also ideally located in the heart of Berawa with restaurants, bars,  beach and even Finns Beach Club within easy reach. You can stroll out for a pre-party aperitif, or take your guests for a morning after brunch (you needn’t worry about breakfast, staff are on hand to cook this for you, and it’s included in the price).

And we wouldn’t forget your comfort. Across the two villas, there are 9 king size suites, and 3 twin rooms, so it’s easy to accommodate everyone. The master and junior suites feature private living rooms, separate dressing areas and gorgeous stone bathtubs, and all rooms have flat screen smart TVs, AC, deposit boxes, dressing rooms and ensuite bathrooms.

The neighbourhood:

Berawa is your oyster but that is only if you can bring yourself to consider stepping out of your newly found paradise. Walk to Nude with its friendly smiles and half raw food that does great poke bowls, cocktails and smoothies. Sip your coffee at Cinta café and select a table at the back to enjoy the view over the ricefields. Just next door, Dua Tiga knows how to do brunch, lunch and dinner and has extensive meal options to please even the most demanding customers, from the pure vegans to the full on carnivores. Do try the protein smoothie bowls with a strong coffee for breakfast.

Step into Hungry Bird and you are in for a bargain, the best latte in Berawa with some oh-so-yummy pancakes that won’t hurt your pocket. For the French lovers, 7islands is your ‘croissanterie a la Balinese’, a gourmet bakery/coffee place that also has decent breakfast options. And of course we couldn’t forget the yummy Eggs Benedict, smoothie bowls and peanut butter biscuits that come with your coffee at Satu Satu.

Now when it comes to lunch and dinner, we will be sure not to leave with an empty stomach. The choice just within the boundaries of Berawa is endless, from pure vegan options such as Peloton Supershop – highly recommended even to non-vegan clients – to sushi places such as Sushimi, Tygr and the more pricey Indigo to yummy Italian pizzerias including La Baracca and Milk and Madu just to name a few! Milu by Nook is also a must for its chill environment, rice field view or simply irresistible food. Do try the spicy tuna poke bowl or ‘ Milu’s Salad’.

If you can summon the strength and it doesn’t break your heart to step out of Berawa, Batubolong (no worries you are still in Canggu) has some great food as well. Do try the real Javanese food at Casa Tua and you will be enchanted not only by its food but also by its setting which takes you to the heart of Java. Penny Lane says it all with its jaw dropping surroundings and delish tapas and cocktails.

Canggu and especially Berawa is popular with families and there is a good reason for this. Tamora Gallery, a shopping and foodie paradise for adults, has also an interesting proposition for children. The ultra-high wooden castle, mini skate ramp and multiple level grass area are a favourite for kids. For some serious fun do try the water slides at Finns Recreation Club, the trampoline area (we are talking thousands of trampolines aligned one after the other) and the bowling space. But get ready to pay a generous price. Just off Berawa but still in Canggu, Parklife is worth a visit. The kids will go crazy at this place as it has everything they could dream of, from an inflatable castle to a playground to movies even to costumes to dress up in. It also offers some decent food and some chilled beers so adults can enjoy it too.

Getting around:

We can provide a 14seater Hiace mini bus with driver for $85 USD = 1.200.000 IDR for 8 hours or $55 US = 800.000 IDR for 5 hours. Alternatively, the staff can help rent a motorbike. Prices range from $5.5 USD = 80.000 IDR for a standard Vario to $18 US = 250.000 IDR for the more premium Nmax.

Easy walking distance to some very nice restaurants and bars, you are really in the middle of things in this villa but it still feels private and quiet. The villa was spotless, with effective AC (the most important thing for me!), and the staff so helpful. We would definitely like to come back.

Great location and a really fun villas! Loads of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance, and the villa has great amenities and is very clean and new. We loved having two pools to hang out at, and karaoke evenings were a really nice touch. Recommend you talk to Anna at Bali Comfy Villas about trips and activities, we took a surfing lesson and a tour of the sights and it was all top quality service.

We are regular tourists to Bali and booked these villas for a family party to celebrate before my son goes to university. It was a hit! Great fun, we hired the DJ and went the whole hog with the entertainment room and it was well worth the additional cost, even when granddad hogged the karaoke. Aside from the party facilities, this is just a really nice pair of villas with comfortable beds, good sized pool, everything clean, modern and in good shape, you can tell these are recent builds. Also close enough for the kids to walk to the bars without having the olds cramping their style. Special shout out to the staff who went all out to make this special.

  • Seminyak

    thumb

Seminyak is the queen of our hearts. A chic tropical version of Paris.

You have not been to Seminyak if you have not strolled around its boutiques, gone to Petitenget for a coffee, had a real Balinese dinner at Made’s Warung, watched the sunset from Potato Head and ended up at a night club for one too many drinks.

  • Canggu

    thumb

Canggu takes a more laid back approach to life. Hipster is the word here.

Take your morning latte with coconut milk at one of the many organic cafes and go for a late lunch at Betelnut (one of the first restaurants to open here). If you don’t have a sunset photo by Batu Bolong beach and did not end up for a late beer at Old Man’s, you have not really been to Canggu.
